My name is Brad Jeffress. For those who don’t know me, I was a producer/salesperson here at IMA for 26 years. When I started, we had about 20 employees in Denver, so I have seen a lot of change over the years. IMA now has over 800 employees, and I have been coaching our employees for the last 6 years.
Over the last 10 years of my sales career, I had this feeling that something was missing in my life. During that time, I had a few things happen in my life that have caused me to look at what I do and, more importantly, why I do them. I will be happy to share those with anyone as we meet; I assure you I will be an open book.
